Community Council ~ meetings free whilst precept arrangement continues

Dolau Young Farmers Club and Dolau Parent and Toddler ~ regular weekly meetings free, additional use of hall charged as above. Dolau Cylch Meithrin to have free use on Tuesday and Thursdays 8.30-2.3pm but if a booking is required on these days they will take priority.

BAR - Any function requiring a bar will require six suitable stewards who will be responsible for ensuring good behaviour. The hall committee are able to provide a bar if required for any function.

Hirers are responsible for cleaning items before returning and making good any damage incurred.
